Twinstar India: Our warranty policy covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. In addition, we offer an extended warranty for an additional one (1) year, totaling three (3) years of coverage. This additional one (1) year of warranty is free of cost, but it only covers repairs and does not include product replacement.
To be eligible for warranty coverage, the product must be Registered on our warranty registration page at the time of purchase. The original purchaser must provide accurate and complete information, including the product serial number and purchase date, on the warranty registration page. Failure to register the product may result in the warranty being voided.
The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, or any alterations or modifications made to the product.
To make a warranty claim, the Original purchaser must contact our customer service department within the warranty period. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, and the registered product information will be required. Our customer service team will evaluate the claim and may require additional information or documentation. If the claim is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to us for repair at their own cost and using a shipping method of their choice. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit. Once the product is repaired, we will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the customer.
This warranty does not cover physical damages to the product, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or damages caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper handling. It also does not cover damages resulting from failure to follow product instructions, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by environmental factors, such as extreme temperatures, humidity, or exposure to water.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair services only, and we are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or any other economic or personal loss.
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by us and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
